BOARD MEMBERS

 
A strong HOA board is the backbone of a successful community. Board members are dedicated volunteers with a vested interest in upholding the community's values and promoting a positive living environment. These individuals should be fiscally responsible, transparent in their decision-making, and committed to open communication with residents. Effective boards encourage resident participation, welcome diverse viewpoints, and prioritize the collective good of the community.

Meet the active 2024 board members:
 
PRESIDENT - Kyle Trent
 
Kyle was elected President of the HOA in April 2024 after previously holding the position of acting president.  He is well-known in the community for his involvement and willingness to help whenever needed.  As President, Kyle is responsible for:
 
  • Leading board meetings and ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Acting as the official spokesperson for the HOA board.
  • Overseeing the implementation of board decisions and policies.
 
 
VICE PRESIDENT - Tanner Ramsey
 
Tanner was elected Vice President of the HOA in April 2024.  He is extremely hands-on with a "get it done" mentality.  Anyone who knows him understands his passion for making Southfork a better place to live.  As Vice President, Tanner is responsible for:
 
  • Supporting the President and assuming their duties in their absence.  The Vice President is also prepared to step into the President's role if needed.
  • Heading special projects as needed, assigned by the President.
 
 
TREASURER - Colin Brammell
 
Colin was elected Treasurer of the HOA in April 2024.  Throughout his professional career, Colin has a ton of experience in financial management.  As Treasurer, Colin is responsible for:
 
  • Overseeing the HOA's financial health.
  • Preparing and presenting the annual budget.
  • Managing the HOA's bank account and ensuring all financial transactions comply with governing documents.
 
 
SECRETARY - Brian Golbourne
 
Brian has lived in the community since 2021 and was elected Secretary of the HOA in April 2024.  He has a strong technical background and a passion for using technology to make businesses and organizations more efficient.  As Secretary, Brian is responsible for:
 
  • Taking accurate and detailed minutes during board meetings.
  • Maintaining official board records and documents.
  • Distribute meeting agendas and minutes to board members and residents (as appropriate).
  • Promoting communication throughout the community through a public-facing website, email/text communications, and more.
 
 
MEMBER AT LARGE - Eric Bertolassio
 
Eric has lived in the community since 2019 and was elected Member at Large of the HOA in April 2024.  As a professional firefighter, he is no stranger to helping his community.  As Member at Large, Eric is responsible for:
 
  • Creating, organizing, and managing neighborhood committees.
  • Taking on special projects as needed.
  • Participating and voting on all board decisions.
